About Axios and your first consultation

Axios is a medical wellness center in Doral, Florida, offering care in person and by telehealth. We provide weight-management, anti-aging and energy, sexual health, hair-restoration, medical skincare and supplement programs, with plans reviewed and supervised by licensed providers under the medical leadership of Dr. Ana Elosegui, MD. Care is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

We are at 8726 NW 26th St, Suite 24, Doral, FL 33172. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM; we are closed on Sundays. You can call or text us on WhatsApp at 786-988-4793.

During your consultation, by telehealth or in person, a licensed provider talks with you about your medical history, the medications you take, your needs and your goals to determine a personalized plan that is right for you. We explain the options, what is realistic to expect and the next steps, with no obligation.

Telehealth and treatment delivery

Yes. You have a telehealth consultation with one of our licensed providers, who evaluates your needs and determines the right option for you. Once a treatment is approved, you can pick it up at our Doral center or, for eligible treatments, have it delivered to your home. Follow-up can also be done remotely.

Yes. We want receiving your treatment to be simple and convenient. Home delivery is available for eligible treatments. If a treatment requires a prescription, you first have a telehealth consultation with one of our licensed providers, who evaluates your needs and determines the right option for you. Once approved, our team guides you through the next steps.

Prescription treatments are prepared by the licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies we work with, under quality and safety standards. They arrive sealed from the pharmacy, in discreet packaging and with instructions. Supplements and skincare products are available at our Doral center.

It varies by product or medication — some need refrigeration. Always follow the storage instructions on your label and, if you are unsure, ask us before using it.

Treatments, prescriptions and safety

It depends on the treatment. Prescription treatments require evaluation and approval by a licensed provider, always after a consultation. Supplements and over-the-counter skincare products do not require a consultation, although we recommend asking us if you take medications or have a health condition.

Yes. Every plan is reviewed and supervised by licensed providers, under the medical leadership of Dr. Ana Elosegui, MD, a family-medicine physician with more than 45 years of experience. Dosing is determined individually and follow-up is part of the plan.

Not by default. Axios does not perform lab work at the center; if your provider believes labs would help guide your plan, they may order them through an outside lab and review the results with you. If you already have recent results, bring them to your consultation.

It depends on the treatment and your history. Some options are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical histories or medications. That is why everything starts with an evaluation: your provider determines what is appropriate and safe for you and explains the risks and benefits before you begin.

Contact us. Most side effects are manageable, and we adjust your plan. Your feedback matters and helps us make the right adjustments to your care. If you have a severe symptom, seek emergency care right away.

Yes. Tell your surgeon and anesthesiologist about any GLP-1 medication, as it can affect anesthesia, and let us know in advance so we can guide you on the timing of your treatment.

Cost and payment

The cost depends on the plan your provider recommends after the evaluation, which is why we do not publish general prices. We go over it with you clearly during the free consultation, before any treatment begins, so you can decide with full information.

We offer several payment and financing options for your convenience. We accept Zelle, debit cards and credit cards, plus flexible financing through Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay and CareCredit. Choose the option that best fits your needs.

Our programs are generally private pay: insurance rarely covers wellness or weight-management treatment, and coverage varies by plan. We provide receipts and any documentation you need in case your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement. Physician-supervised medical treatment is typically an eligible expense for HSA and FSA accounts; confirm with your plan.

Yes. You can finance your plan through Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay or CareCredit, depending on your preference and approval. Our team explains the available options at your consultation.
